Data we ask for

Name, organisation, email and/or telephone number, the project description, optional application details, technical context and the time and site from which the enquiry was made. The form includes anti-abuse fields and a short-lived security token.

Why it is used

To review and respond to a requested business or pre-contract conversation, protect the form from abuse, keep an appropriate record of the enquiry and establish requirements if a project proceeds. Do not submit special-category personal data, passwords or export-controlled information through this form.

Sharing and international transfers

Your enquiry is sent to Sorting Solutions and is not sold. Hosting, email and business-system providers may process the information only where needed to operate the website, deliver communications and manage the enquiry. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, the controller must use an applicable UK transfer safeguard and can provide details on request.

Retention

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting business relationship, meet legal duties and handle disputes. The period depends on the nature and outcome of your enquiry.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may provide rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Contact the controller first. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
